Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across South Africa. Delivery to more remote areas may take longer or carry an additional charge — this is confirmed at the time of quoting.

Delivery cost

Delivery is not included in any quoted or listed price unless expressly stated. Delivery is quoted separately for every order, based on your location, order size and weight, and will be confirmed to you before your order is finalised.

Delivery timing

Delivery timing depends on production turnaround, which varies by product, branding method and quantity — this is confirmed when we send your quote, and again once artwork is approved and production begins.

Collection

Collection from our Tierpoort, Pretoria premises can be arranged on request — ask when you submit your quote.

Returns & Cancellations

Custom-branded items

Because most of our products are branded specifically for you after you approve an artwork proof, custom-branded orders generally cannot be returned or refunded once production has started, except where the item is faulty or doesn't match your approved proof.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or doesn't match what you approved, contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@buildyourbrand.co.za with photos where possible. We'll arrange a reprint, replacement or refund as appropriate.

Unbranded/stock items

For unbranded stock items only (rare — most of our range is branded to order), standard consumer return rights under the Consumer Protection Act apply.
