Need to inspect a product before placing a larger branded order? Product samples can be arranged where available. Samples are charged because the product must be purchased or specially sourced for your request. Supplier handling, branding, setup and delivery charges may also apply.
Sample Options
Unbranded Product Sample
Inspect size, colour, material, finish, quality, packaging and general suitability.
The product, sourcing and delivery costs will be confirmed before payment.
Branded Pre-Production Sample
Inspect the actual branding result before bulk production.
Branded samples may include product, artwork, setup, branding and delivery charges. Artwork approval is required before the sample is produced.
Apparel Fit or Size Sample
Check clothing fit, fabric and sizing before confirming a bulk order.
Return eligibility must be determined by BYB and the supplier before the sample is ordered.
Photo or Video Product Check
Where possible, BYB may offer actual photographs or a short product video as an alternative when a physical sample is impractical.
Photo or video checks are subject to product and supplier availability and do not replace a physical branded sample.
How Sample Ordering Works
- Customer submits a sample request.
- BYB confirms availability, sample cost and expected lead time.
- BYB issues a sample quotation or invoice.
- Customer pays before BYB purchases or collects the sample.
- The sample is collected or delivered.
- Customer confirms whether they want to proceed with a bulk quotation.
- For branded samples, bulk production begins only after formal artwork and sample approval.
Request a Sample Quote
Samples are subject to availability and must be paid for before BYB orders, collects, brands or dispatches them. Delivery is not included unless expressly stated in writing. A sample request does not reserve stock for a future bulk order. Bulk stock must be confirmed separately when the main order is placed.
Unless BYB confirms return eligibility in writing before payment, samples will be treated as non-returnable. Branded, personalised, consumable, specially manufactured or altered samples are non-returnable unless defective or incorrectly supplied.
Product colours, finishes and packaging may vary slightly between production batches. A digital artwork layout is not the same as a physical branded sample.
Sample charges are not automatically refundable or creditable against a future order. Any sample credit must be confirmed in writing on the BYB quotation before payment.
